When Handy Backup is running, Handy Backup agent icon appears in the system tray. It doesn't require much system resources and serves for the following:

• indicates that Handy Backup is running;
• enables the program scheduler to work;
• enables to open the program window by double-clicking the agent icon;
• allows to use some agent menu options.

Agent menu

All menu options are performed with user's left-click.

Open Handy Backup: Opens the program window.

Execute All Items: Executes all items simultaneously.

Exit: Closes the Handy Backup agent. Note that if you close it, all currently executed backups will be unfinished and all scheduled tasks will not be performed until you run Handy Backup again
